    List of Ingredients




    2 pkg. Ramen ready in 3 minutes noodles (any flavor)
    1/4 c. green onions
    1/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 medium-sized cabbage
    1 c. popcorn shrimp
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 pkg. flavor soup (it is included in the Ramen pkg.)
    1/2 tsp. pepper

    Recipe



    Break the noodles into fourths and prepare as directed, excluding flavoring packet. (Do not overcook the noodles.) Prepare the shrimp as directed and put aside also. Pour vegetable oil into large skillet. After the oil is heated, add green onions, carrots and cabbage. Stir-fry until cabbage is tender. Add the shrimp and fry together for approximately 2 minutes. Slowly mix in the noodles (if necessary, add more oil). Stir-fry until desired crisp of noodles. Sprinkle with flavor soup package and pepper. Mix well and serve. Makes 2 to 4 servings, depending on your appetite.
