1/3 cup chopped broccoli
1/3 cup carrots, julienned
1/3 cup red peppers, julienned
1 package ramen (vegetable flavor), broken into 4 pieces
1 tablespoon olive oilRecipe
1. Fill a 2-quart saucepan with 3 cups water and bring to a boil.
2. Add broccoli and carrots to water; cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add the peppers and raw noodles; cook for an additional 3 minutes.
4. Drain mixture; toss with oil and seasoning packet.
