Thai Peanut Ramen

Cook Ramen as usual, do not use the flavor packet (put it aside for fried rice or chocolate pudding or something). Add 6 oz. (half a can) coconut milk to noodles, bring to slow boil (stir constantly if you don't want your milk to scald). Add half the content of a package of "A Taste of Thai" brand peanut sauce mix, stir, simmer covered for about two minutes before serving. You can add meat or veggies, if you want. Best served over steamed white rice. This recipe is easily doubled.
