1 medium cabbage, chopped
2 pkg. Ramen noodles
soy sauce
3 carrots, chopped into short strips
3 c. fresh beans sprouts
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 medium onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
5 or 6 slices baconRecipe
Brown ground beef and set aside. Fry bacon and save fat. Boil water for noodles. Fry chopped onions and garlic in bacon grease (about 2 tablespoons). Add cabbage and carrots. Stir-fry on high heat; add ground beef. Add Ramen noodles to boiling water. Cook according to instructions; drain. Add bean sprouts and noodles to meat and vegetable mixture. Season to taste with soy sauce.
