Duck: Garlic Duck

* Ducks of Choice
* 2 strips bacon per duck
* 1 apple per duck
* sliced garlic
* Tony Chachere's Seasoning Recipe
Use a knife to make small insertions into the duck inserting the garlic. Wrap the duck in bacon and season to flavor. Bake covered at 450 for 45 minutes then uncover and cook another 20 minutes.
