List of Ingredients
3 1/2 lbs. venison - defatted and ground
1 1/2 lbs smoked bacon-ground (can be ends/pieces or fresh ground pork)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. salt (add more salt if fresh pork used)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. coriander
2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. savory
1/8 tsp. cumin

Mix all together well. Shape into patties to fry. May be frozen.
