Venison: Venison & Broccoli

1 pound venison stew meat
2 cups water
1 10 ounce package frozen broccoli
1 box beef flavored rice mix
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons oil
Salt and pepperRecipe
In sauce pan, brown venison in 3 tablespoons oil. Season with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add two cups of water. Simmer until meat is tender, 1-1/2 hours adding water as necessary. Place frozen broccoli on top of meat. Cover and simmer.
In frying pan, prepare rice mix according to package instructions, adding an additional 1/2 cup of water. Add meat mixture and broth to rice mix. Bring to a boil. Mix flour and water. Add small amounts to venison and broccoli until thickened.
