    Savory: Artichoke & Tomato Bruschetta

    1 French baguette cut into slices
    1 jar(6 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and cut up
    1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
    1 small tomato chopped
    1/4 cup mayonnaise

    Recipe

    Combine the artichoke hearts, cheese, onion, tomato and mayonnaise. Mix well. Top bread slices with the mixture, then place on a baking sheet. Broil until topping turns light brown. Serve.
