    A delicious mixture of crabmeat and cream cheese spooned onto an endive leaf.

    List of Ingredients




    1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
    1/4 cup minced green onions
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon white wine
    Dash of Worcestershire sauce
    Black pepper to taste
    4 ounces crabmeat canned or fresh
    Approximately 30 Belgian endive leaves

    Recipe



    Mix half of the green onions, cream cheese, lemon juice, white wine, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and crabmeat together.

    Spoon mixture onto endive leaves. Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with additional green onions.
