Sweets: Chocolate Pecan Banana Tarts

24 frozen mini tart shells
1 egg
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 ripe bananas mashed
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chopped
3/4 cup chopped pecans Recipe
1. Bake tart shells as directed on package.
2. Beat egg with brown sugar. Stir in mashed bananas, chocolate and pecans. Spoon filling into baked shells.
3. Bake at 375�F (190 C) for 10-15 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from cups.
Makes 24 mini tarts.
