    Sweets: Fudge Mint Petit Fours

    PART I:

    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    Cream. 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 16 oz. can Hershey syrup 1 tsp. vanilla

    Add in order listed and bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool cake completely.

    PART II:

    1 c. confectioner's sugar
    1/2 c. butter (partially melted)
    2 tbsp. Cream de Menthe
    Mix together and spread over cooled cake.

    PART III:

    1 c. chocolate chips
    6 tbsp. butter

    Melt together and cool slightly. Spread over green mixture. Chill and cut into squares. Refrigerate. Can be frozen.
