1 pound tofu
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butterRecipe
Cut tofu into 1/2 inch cubes. In a heavy skillet, melt butter, add honey and stir in tofu. Simmer and fry until golden. Salt to taste. Serve hot.
