Cheesecake: Banana Split Cheesecake Squares

CRUST:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter or margarine -- melted
1/4 cup sugar
FILLING:
3 8 ounce pack philadelphia cream cheese -- softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
TOPPING:
1 banana -- sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup halved strawberries
1 8 ounce can pineapple chunks -- drained
chopped nuts -- optional
baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate -- melted (optional)
Recipe
Crust: MIX crumbs, butter and sugar. Press onto bottom of 13 X 9-inch baking pan. Filling: MIX cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir in mashed banana. Pour over crust. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Topping: TOSS banana with lemon juice. Mix in strawberries and pineapple. Spoon evenly over cheesecake. Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with chocolate. Cut into squares. Refrigerate any leftover cheesecake. Makes 2 dozen
