    Coconut: Butterscotch Coconut Blondies

    List of Ingredients

    2/3 cup butter
    1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
    1 cup sifted flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    1 cup shredded coconut meat

    Recipe

    Melt butter and combine with sugar. Cool slightly and combine with remaining ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9" square pan. Bake at 350ºF for about 40 minutes or until done. Cool and cut into 24 bars.
