    Coconut: Butterscotch Coconut Blondies

    List of Ingredients

    2/3 cup butter
    1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
    1 cup sifted flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    1 cup shredded coconut meat

    Recipe

    Melt butter and combine with sugar. Cool slightly and combine with remaining ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9" square pan. Bake at 350�F for about 40 minutes or until done. Cool and cut into 24 bars.
