Blondies: Butterscotch and Chocolate Chip Blondies

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Recipe
In large bowl, beat together butter, sugar, sour cream and vanilla until blended. Mix together the remaining ingredients and stir into the butter mixture until blended; do not overmix. Spread batter evenly into a greased 10x15 inch nonstick baking pan and bake at 325ºF for about 30 minutes, or until top is browned. Allow to cool in pan. When cool, cut into 1 1/2 inch squares to serve. Can sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar as well.
