    Chocolate: Caramel Chocolate Squares

    List of Ingredients

    1 14 ounces pkg caramels
    5 ounces evaporated milk
    1 package German chocolate cake mix
    2/3 cup butter, melted
    3/4 cup pecans, coarse chopped
    6 ounces chocolate chips
    1 cup coconut

    Recipe

    Heat caramels with 1/4 c. milk in saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Mix dry cake mix with butter, remaining milk, and pecans. Spread half of dough in ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake for 6 minutes at 350�F. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips and coconut over baked layer. Drizzle caramel mixture over top. Drop remaining dough by teaspoon on caramel layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes more at 350�F, then cool.
