    List of Ingredients




    1 (14 oz.) package caramels
    1/3 cup milk
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 cups regular oats, uncooked
    1-1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 cup butter, softened
    1 (12 oz.) package semisweet chocolate morsels
    2 cups chopped peanuts
    1 (6 oz.) chocolate chops melted

    Recipe



    Combine caramels and milk, cook over low heat until caramels melt. Set aside. Combine flour, oats, sugar, soda and salt. Add egg and butter, stirring until crumbly. Press 1/2 of mixture into 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and peanuts; pour caramel mixture on top. Sprinkle on remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool and drizzle chocolate over top and cut into bars. Chill 8 hours.
