Cheesecake: Toffee Top Cheesecake Bars

List of Ingredients
CRUST;
1-1/4 cups flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
3/4 cup butter
CREAM CHEESE FILLING;
8 ounces cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
TOPPING;
1/4 cup English toffee bits Recipe
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Combine flour, powdered sugar, baking cocoa; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Press into the bottom of a 9X13 baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy, add condensed milk, eggs and vanilla. Pour into hot crust, bake 25 minutes or until set and edges just begin to brown.
Cool 15 minutes, sprinkle on toffee bits. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
