Chocolate: Fudge Nut Bars 2

List of Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 cups oatmeal
FUDGE TOPPING:
2 cups chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup nuts, optional
Recipe
Cream butter and brown sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Spread in cake pan and bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes. While that is baking make fudge for the top. Heat all ingredients until chips are melted, pour on top of the cake part as soon as it comes out of the oven. Cool.
