Lemon: Lemon Butter Squares

CRUST:
1/2 pound butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
FILLING:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons flour
Recipe
Mix butter, sugar, flour with pastry fork and pat into the bottom of a 9x13 inch ungreased baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 325ºF. While baking mix the eggs, sugar, lemon juice, salt and flour, pour over the baked crust. Bake again 25-30 minutes at 350ºF. When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
