Lemon: Lemon Cheese Bars

List of Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
8 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice



Recipe

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly; reserve one cup. Pat remaining mixture into ungreased cake pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350ºF. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture and bake 15 minutes longer. Cool, then cut into bars.
