    Coconut: Mini Kiss Coconut Macaroon Bars

    List of Ingredients

    3 1/4 cups coconut
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    3 egg whites
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 tablespoons milk
    1 teaspoon almond extract
    Hershey's Mini Kisses chocolates

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 350�F. Lightly grease 9" square baking pan. In large bowl, stir together coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Add egg whites, egg, milk and almond extract; stir until well blended. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Bake 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven; immediately place chocolate pieces on top, pressing down firmly. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Makes about 24 bars.
