BAR:
1 22 ounces pk Pillsbury deluxe fudge brownie mix
1/2 cup very hot tap water
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
TOPPING:
2 teaspoons instant coffee
4 teaspoons hot water
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon brandy extract
Recipe
Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease bottom only of 13x9 inch baking pan. In large bowl, combine all brownie ingredients; beat 50 strokes with spoon. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes. Do NOT overbake. In large bowl, dissolve coffee in hot water. Blend in remaining frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread topping over cooled bars. Refrigerate at least 1 hour; cut into bars. Makes 36.
