Mocha: White Chocolate Mocha Java Bars

3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup finely chopped toasted hazelnuts
2 teaspoons instant coffee crystals
2 tablespoons hot coffee
2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
2 tablespoons milk
6-ounces white chocolate Recipe
Combine 1/2 cup butter, sugar, vanilla and egg in top of double boiler. Cook, stirring, over boiling water until slightly thickened. Blend in cracker crumbs, coconut and hazelnuts and spread evenly in 9 x 9-inch baking pan. Let stand 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, dissolve instant coffee crystals in hot coffee. Blend well with powdered sugar, cocoa, remaining 1/4 cup butter and milk. Spread over crust and chill for 10 minutes. Melt chocolate and spread over filling. Chill well.
Makes 16-18 squares
