    Amish Country Cookbook Vol III

    1 box Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix
    1 egg
    1 stick butter, room temp.
    1 cup chopped pecans

    FILLING:
    1 box powdered sugar
    1 egg
    8 ounces cream cheese, room temp

    Recipe



    Mix cookie ingredients by hand, and press into greased 9x13 inch Pyrex dish. Beat filling with mixer and spread on top of other ingredients. Bake at 350ºF for 35-40 minutes. Let cool completely and cut into squares.
