    Peanut Butter: Peanut Butter Carrumba Bars

    List of Ingredients

    CRUST:
    1 package pudding included yellow cake mix
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1 egg
    10 peanut butter cups, chopped

    FILLING:
    1 jar caramel ice cream topping (1c)
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/2 cup salted cocktail peanuts

    TOPPING:
    1 can milk chocolate frosting
    2 tablespoons mocha instant coffee powder
    1/2 cup salted cocktail peanuts, chopped

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 13x9 pan. In large bowl, combine all crust ingredients and beat at low speed until well blended. Lightly press into greased pan. Bake at 350ºF for 18-22 minutes or until light golden brown. In small saucepan, combine all filling ingredients except for peanuts. Cook and stir over low heat until peanut butte ris melted. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 c. peanuts. Spread evenly over crust. Return to oven and bake an additional 5-7 minutes or until almost set. Cool completely. In small bowl, combine frosting and mocha powder; mix well. Spread over filling and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cut into bars.
