    Pumpkin: Pumpkin Nut Bars & Cream Cheese Frosting

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    4 eggs
    15 ounces canned pumpkin
    1 2/3 cups sugar
    1 cup oil
    1 cup chopped nuts

    FROSTING:
    6 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3 cups powdered sugar

    Recipe

    Beat together eggs, pumpkin, sugar and oil. Add the rest of ingredients and beat well. Spread in a greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350¼F for 25 minutes. Cool completely until frosting. Frosting: Combine first three ingredients. Gradually add powdered sugar. Spread on cooled cake. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator. These taste best cold!
