Raspberry: Raspberry & White Chip Nut Bars

1 2/3 cups hershe premier white chips
3/4 cup butter or margarine
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 2/3 cups hershey raspberry chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
DOUBLE DRIZZLE
reserved 2 tablespoons white chips
1 teaspoon shortening -- divided
do not use butter, margarine or oil
reserved 2 tbl. raspberry chips
Recipe
Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Reserve 2 tablespoons white chips for drizzle. In medium microwave-safe bowl, place remaining white chips and butter. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 1/2 minutes; stir. If necessary, microwave at HIGH an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until chips are melted when stirred. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, eggs and baking powder. Add white chip mixture; beat well. Reserve 2 tablespoons raspberry chips for drizzle. Chop remaining raspberry chips in food processor (use pulsing motion); stir into batter with pecans. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until edges pull away from sides of pan and top surface is golden. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Prepare Double Drizzle; using one flavor at a time, drizzle over top of bars. Cut into bars. Makes about 24 bars. Double Drizzle: In small microwave-safe bowl, place 2 tablespoons HERSHEY'S Premier White Chips and 1/2 teaspoon shortening (do not use butter, margarine or oil). Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at HIGH an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until chips are melted when stirred. Repeat procedure with raspberry chips.
Peanut flutter and Chocolate Bars: Omit HERSHEYÆ'S Premier White Chips; replace with REESE'SÆ Peanut Butter Chips. Omit HERSHEYÆ'S Raspberry Chips; replace with HERSHEYÆ'S Semisweet Chocolate Chips. Omit chopped pecans; replace with 1/2 cup chopped peanuts.
