Sour Cream Raisin Bars

1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups flour
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
FILLING:
4 egg yolks
2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups raisins
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarchRecipe
In a mixing bowl cream butter and brown sugar. Beat in flour, oats, baking powder, soda and salt, mixture will be crumbly. Set aside 2 cups and pat remaining crumbs into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes.Cool. Meanwhile, combine filling ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil and cook stirring constantly for about 5-8 minutes. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Return to oven for 15 minutes. Can be frozen.
