Chocolate: Triple Layer Chocolate Bars

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup baking cocoa, divided
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup chopped nuts
2 cups chocolate chips
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine graham cracker crumbs, half of the cocoa, sugar and butter; press firmly on the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking pan. In large mixing bowl, beat together condensed milk, flour, other half of the cocoa, egg, vanilla and baking powder. Stir in chopped nuts. Spread evenly over the prepared crust; top with chocolate chips. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until set. Cool before cutting into bars.
