21 ounces brownie mix
1 cup cherry pie filling
1/4 cup oil
2 egg whites, whipped
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups lowfat vanilla ice cream


Recipe

Preheat oven to 350ºF. prepare a 13 x 9" pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, cherry pie filling, oil, and egg whites. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips, spread when melted.
