    Exceedingly Gooey Chocolate Brownies

    List of Ingredients




    550 gm Plain chocolate, (1 1/2 lb)
    225 x Butter, (8 oz)
    3 x Eggs
    2 tbl Freshly made strong coffee
    225 gm Caster sugar, (8 oz)
    75 gm Flour, (3 oz)
    1/2 tsp Salt
    175 gm Walnuts, (6 oz), chopped
    1 tsp Vanilla essence

    Recipe



    1. Grease and line a baking tin - 22 x 29.5 cm by 19 x 26.5 cm. Pre-heat oven to 190*C (375 degrees F), gas mark 5
    2. Chop up half the chocolate and melt the other half with the butter
    3. Mix the eggs, coffee and sugar together in a large bowl, then beat in the melted chocolate. Fold in the flour, salt, walnuts, vanilla, and chopped chocolate and pour into tin
    4)Bake for 45 min or until just firm to centre.
