Rocky Road Fudge Brownies

1 ounce baking chocolate
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts
TOPPING;
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
2 cups mini marshmallows
FROSTING:
1/4 cup butter
11 ounces baking chocolate
1/4 cup milk
2 ounces cream cheeseRecipe
Melt butter and chocolate together, then add the sugar, baking powder, flour, vanilla, eggs and nuts. Blend and spread in bottom of greased and floured 13x9" pan. Blend together cream cheese, flour, butter, sugar, egg, vanilla. Spread over brownie layer. Sprinkle 1 cup of chocolate chips on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350ºF.
Remove from oven and sprinkle 2 cups of miniature marshmallows. Return to oven for 2 minutes. For frosting, Melt in saucepan over low heat. In bowl, place 3 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Blend chocolate mixture and powdered sugar. While still warm, spread over melted marshmallows and swirl with a knife. These freeze well.
