Apple: Apple Cake - Old Family Recipe

List of Ingredients

2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
2 ts Vanilla extract
6 c Golden delicious apples chopped
2 ts Baking powder
2 tb Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
Raisins optional


Recipe

Combine first 3 ingredients, add apples, flour and other dry ingredients & raisins (up to about 1/2 cup). Bake at 325ºF for 1 hour in a 9x13x3 greased pan.
