Blueberry: Blueberry Streusel Cake

3/4 cup sugar, divided
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/4 cup butter softened
1 1/2 cups + 1 Tbl. flour, divided
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Recipe
Combine 1/2 c. sugar, butter and egg; beat on medium speed for 5 minutes or til well blended. Combine 1 1/2 c. flour with baking soda. With mixer on low, add to egg mixture alternately with yogurt, beginning and ending with flour. Pour into round 9" cake pan (spray with nonstick spray first). Spread evenly over bottom and up sides of pan. Combine rest of 1/4 c. sugar, 1 Tbl. flour, blueberries, cinnamon and all spice; toss gently. Spoon evenly over batter, leaving 1/2" border. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes till lightly browned. Cool for 20 minutes on rack; sprinkle with powder sugar.
