Carrot: Banana Carrot Cake

1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
3 bananas mashed
2 eggs
1 cup rolled oats
3 carrots shredded
1/2 cup chopped walnuts Recipe
Preheat oven to 350�F.� Spray a 9x9-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, and cloves.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, banana, and oil; mix well.� Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.� Stir in flour mixture until blended.� Add oats and carrots; mix well.� Spread in prepared baking pan; sprinkle with walnuts.
Bake for 40 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.� Cool in pan on a wire rack.
