1 pk Pudding included white cake
1 1/4 cups Water
1/3 cup Oil
3 Egg whites
1 cup Coarsley crushed cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies
-----FROSTING-----
3 cups Powdered sugar
3/4 cup Shortening
1 t Vanilla
2 Egg whites
Recipe
Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2 9 inch round cake pans. In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients except crushed > cookies at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Gently stir in crushed cookies. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely. In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the powdered sugar, shortening, vanilla and 2 egg whites; blend well. Beat in remaining powdered sugar until frosting is smooth and creamy. Fill and frost cake.
