List of Ingredients
1 package white cake mix
3 ounces strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 carton cool whip, thawed
Recipe
Prepare cake mix as directed, baking in 9x13 inch pan. Cool cake 15 minutes. Prick cake with fork at 1/2" intervals. Meanwhile dissolve jello in boiling water. Add cold water and carefully pour over warm cake. Chill 3-4 hours. Top with cool whip. Cut into squares and garnish with strawberries if desired.
Buny's Note: Can use any flavor jello with white cake, or can use lemon cake with lemon jello, etc.
