Chocolate: Sour Cream Chocolate Sheet Cake

CAKE:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup butter
1 cup water
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
ICING:
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup milk
1 cup brown sugar
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
To make cake, combine flour, soda, sour cream, salt, sugar and beaten egg in large bowl. Mix till smooth, then set aside. In small saucepan, combine butter, water and chocolate; bring to a boil. Add chocolate mix to batter; mix together very well - batter will be thin. Pour into greased 17x11 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack.
To make icing, combine butter, milk, brown sugar and chocolate in heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil; do not stir!. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and immediately stir in nuts, powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour hot icing onto center of cake; spread gently to edges. Cool and cut into squares.
