Sex: Better than Sex Cake (with pineapple)

Bake Cake Mix as directed. In a heavy saucepan, put 1/2 cup sugar and 1-15 ounce can of crushed pineapple (drained). Heat on top of stove for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally so as not to stick or burn.

In a mixing bowl, mix as directed, 1-3 ounce package of jello vanilla instant pudding.
Remove the cake from the oven. Pour the pineapple mixture on top of the cake and allow to cool. Thinly slice 3 bananas and layer over the pineapple layer of the cake.

Evenly, Spread the vanilla pudding over the banana layer. Spread real whipped cream on top of the vanilla pudding layer, or if you prefer, you can use cool-whip. Top with 1 cup of chopped pecans and some coconut.

Whipped Cream
1 pint real whipping cream, chilled
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
1 egg white

In a large mixing bowl, put the egg white and sugar. Beat until frothy. Slowly, pour in the whipping cream and vanilla. Turn the mixer on high speed. Beat until thick and stiff peaks form. Spread over cake, pie, or use as you choose.
