Zucchini: Chocolate Zucchini Cake

List of Ingredients

3 squares unsweetened chocolate
3 cups unsifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
3 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup chopped nuts


Recipe

Melt and cool chocolate. Sift together dry ingredients. Beat eggs until thick and creamy. Add sugar, oil, chocolate, zucchini and nuts. Bake in greased 9x13 inch pan and 350ºF for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
