    Toffee: Double Toffee Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 cup chopped nuts
    2 cups flour
    1 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    3/4 cup oil
    1 box instant vanilla pudding
    1 box instant butterscotch pudding
    4 eggs
    1 cup water

    Recipe

    Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts; set aside. Mix all remaining ingredients together. Pour about 2/3 of the batter into a well greased and floured tube pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of the brown sugar mixture on top. Pour remaining batter on top, then remaining brown sugar mixture. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
