Pound Cake: Chocolate Pound Cake

2 sticks margarine (1 cup)
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups sugar
1 cup milk
5 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla or almond extract
3 cups flour
Recipe
Cream together margarine, shortening, and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder; and set aside. Add extract to milk. Add milk mixture and flour mixture alternately to margarine mixture. Beat well after each addition. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 320ºF in a preheated oven for 1 hour, 20 minutes.
