CAKE:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup cornstarch
6 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons instant dry coffee
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups water
FROSTING:
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon instant dry coffee
1 tablespoon milk
Recipe
To prepare cake batter, mix all ingredients with whisk until well blended. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 325ºF for 40 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool. Mix all frosting ingredients, stirring until smooth. Add more milk if needed, and frost cake.
