CAKE:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup cornstarch
6 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons instant dry coffee
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups water
FROSTING:
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon instant dry coffee
1 tablespoon milk
Recipe
To prepare cake batter, mix all ingredients with whisk until well blended. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 325�F for 40 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool. Mix all frosting ingredients, stirring until smooth. Add more milk if needed, and frost cake.
