I think mochiko may be found in Asian market? but am uncertain...

List of Ingredients

1 pound mochiko
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 cups milk
5 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup shredded coconut meat


Recipe

In large bowl, combine mochiko, sugar and baking powder. Add remainders and mix well. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake 1 hour at 350ºF. Cool.
