    Upside Down: Pineapple Upside Down Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup margarine
    1 20 ounce can sliced pineapple drain
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1 yellow cake mix
    walnut halves
    maraschino cherries

    Recipe

    Heat oven to 350�F. Heat margarine in 13x9 pan. Sprinkle brown sugar in pan. Arrange pineapple, walnuts, and cherries in pan. Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour batter into pan. Bake 45-55 minutes. Immediately invert onto serving plate.
