    Toll House Bundt Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 cup softened margarine
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 cup softened butter
    2/3 cup finely chopped nuts
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    2 3/4 cups flour
    1 tablespoon vanilla
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    4 eggs
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 12 ounces pk chocolate chips

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375ºF. Combine 1/4 C. softened margarine, 2 T. sugar, and 2/3 C. nuts. Mix until crumbly. Spoon into greased and floured bundt pan, chill. Sift together remaining dry ingredients. Beat butter, brown sugar and vanilla till light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. On low speed, add flour and milk alternately by thirds. Remove bowl from mixer; fold in chocolate chips. Pour into pan. Bake 50 minutes; loosen edges, remove.
