Zucchini: Zucchini Snacking Cake

List of Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup sour milk
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups grated zucchini
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips, optional
1/2 cup nuts, optional


Recipe

Mix all ingredients and pout into a greased floured, large cookie sheet (with sides). Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over mixture. Bake at 325ºF for 40-50 minutees
