Candied Fruit Fudge

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Chopped Brazil nuts
1 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
2 (up to) 3 cup Whole pecan halves
1 cup Candied cherries
1 cup Candied pineapple
3 cup Sugar
1 cup White corn syrup
1 1/2 cup Heavy cream or evaporated milk
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Recipe
Place brazil nuts, walnuts, pecans, pineapples & cherries in a large bowl. Mix sugar, corn syrup, cream & salt in pan. Bring to a boil & cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat & add vanilla. Beat & pour over fruit & nut mixture. Press into a long pan. Cut into squares when set.
