    Cream Cheese Pecan Fudge

    List of Ingredients




    1 Package cream cheese softened (6 oz)
    1/4 Cup margarine or butter softened
    1 Teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 Teaspoon salt
    2/3 Cup cocoa
    1 Pound powdered sugar
    1 Cup coarsely chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Beat cream cheese, margarine, vanilla and salt on low speed until smoot. Beat in cocoa. Beat in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, until smooth. Stir in pecans. Press firmly in ungreased 8" square pan. Refrigerate until firm about three hours. Cut into squares about 1" square. Keep refrigerated. Makes about 49 pieces.
